Shipping Information

When placing your order, the cost for shipping will be provided once your preferred shipping method is chosen. An order total will be provided prior to you adding your credit card information. This a good way to get a total quote prior to committing your final order. Your shipping options are:

• UPS Ground - 3-7 days within the US
• UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 days within the US
• UPS 3 Day Select - 3 days within the US

Shipping Charges and Terms

Our shopping cart calculates the shipping costs based on your Zip/postal code, and the estimated weight of your package, rounded up to the nearest pound.

We normally ship within two (2) business days of receipt of your order. However, certain circumstances may delay your order:

• You paid by personal check. We wait 7-10 days for your check to clear before shipping.
• It's a holiday. We like to take time-off, too.
• Your order information is incomplete, or cannot be verified.
• We're out-of-stock. We'll let you know when we expect to ship your order. You have the option of canceling the order if you wish. If only some of the items are out-of-stock, we will ship what we have, and backorder the remainder.

Working E-mail Address

For orders through the Internet we require a working e-mail address from you for order confirmation and verification. If your e-mail bounces, or if we require verification and you do not respond your order will be deleted from our system within five (5) business days.

We reserve the right to verify all orders from "free" e-mail providers, including Yahoo.com and Hotmail.com For such e-mail accounts, if paying by credit card, we may require you to fax your order, and include your signature and the front of your credit card. This is for your protection, as well as ours.
