Return/Exchange Policies

Preston Research LLC will gladly accept merchandise returns and will either replace the product or refund your money at your request. In order to facilitate return processing:

Please include a note with the following information:

Your name
Your Address
The sales receipt number
Your phone number
An explanation of the problem

Please contact us first via e-mail at , to let us know that you are returning something.
All returns should be made within 30 days from date of invoice.
Return freight must be prepaid and shipping charges for returns are not refundable. Sorry, COD returns cannot be accepted.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments.
Return merchandise in original packaging and in resalable condition to the address listed at the bottom of this page. ("Hacking" or modifying the parts and installing software are some examples of what constitutes as used merchandise and will not be accepted)
Defective merchandise may be returned within 60 days of date of invoice and need not be in original packaging.
